PART A: e-BANKING

 

 

 

You can pay your life insurance premium to us via e-banking with the following four (4) banks:



 

1.     Malayan Banking Bhd

2.     RHB Bank Bhd

3.     UOB Bank Bhd

4.     Public Bank Bhd

 

 

 

 

 

A-1 MALAYAN BANKING BHD (MAYBANK)

 

 

 

You may remit your premium through e-banking via Maybank2u.com. To ensure access to Maybank2u, you MUST be:



 

  • Maybank account holder and
  • A subscriber of Internet banking with Maybank

 

 

 

Below are the steps to access:-



 

1.

Sign on to www.maybank2u.com.my

2.

Click "Login"

3.

Type in Username and Password

4.

If you are a first-time user, you are required to register yourself



 

  • Select "Online Bill Payment"
  • Click "Bill Registration"
  • Select "Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd" and click "Next"
  • Type in policy number under Bill Account No.
  • Type in policyholder's name under Bill Account Holder Name
  • Click on the "Register" button
  • Type in your TAC code given by Maybank


5.

Go to Main Menu and \select "Registered Payment"

6.

Select "Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd"

7.

Click "Next" and "Online Bill Payment" screen will appear

8.

Type in your Maybank Account No. and Amount Payable

9.

Click "Next" and a confirmation screen will appear

10.

Verify the data and select "Accept" to complete the transaction

A-2 RHB BANK BHD

 

 

 

You may remit your premium through RHB e-banking.  To ensure access to RHB e-banking, you MUST be:



 

  • RHB Bank account holder and
  • A subscriber of Internet banking with RHB Bank

 

 

 

Below are the steps to access:-



 

1.

Sign on to www.rhbbank.com.my

2.

Click "Sign On"

3.

Type in Username and Password

4.

If you are a first-time user, you are required to register for the bill payment facility



 

  • Select "Pay Bills"
  • Click "Add Biller"
  • Select "Prudential Assurance (Life)" under Biller
  • Type in "Prudential Assurance" under Biller's name
  • Type in policy number under Account No.
  • Type in policyholder's name under Additional Ref. No.
  • Key in the Authentication PIN
  • Click "Submit" button


5.

Go to Main Menu and select "Bill Payment"

6.

Select your account number under Debit From

7.

Select "Prudential Assurance"

8.

Type in Amount

9.

Under Scheduling, you may click on time payment or recurring payment

10.

Verify the data and select "Submit" to complete the transaction

A-3 UOB BANK BHD

 

 

 

You may remit your premium through UOB e-banking.  To ensure access to UOB e-banking, you MUST be:



 

  • UOB Bank account holder and
  • A subscriber of Internet banking with UOB Bank

 

 

 

Below are the steps to access:-



 

1.

Sign on to www.uob.com.my

2.

Click "Login"

3.

Type in Username and Password

4.

Click "My Banking Account"

5.

Click "Bill Payment" 

6.

Click "Open Payment"

7.

Select "Prudential Assurance (Malaysia) Bhd" under Service Provider

8.

Type in Amount

9.

Select your own account to transfer from

10.

Type in policy number under Bill Reference

11.

Type in policyholder's name under Additional Ref. No.e

12.

Verify the data and click "Submit" button

13.

Type in your TAC code given by UOB

14.

At Bill Payment Confirmation, click "Confirm"

A-4 PUBLIC BANK BHD (PBB)

 

 

 

You may remit your premium through PBB e-banking.  To ensure access to PBB e-banking, you MUST be:



 

  • PBB Bank account holder and
  • A subscriber of Internet banking with PBB

 

 

 

Below are the steps to access:-



 

1.

Sign on to www.publicbank.com.my

2.

Click "PBebank- Login Here"

3.

Type in UserID and Password

4.

If you are a first-time user, you are required to register for the bill payment facility



 

  • Select "Bills Registration and Maintenance"
  • Click "PAC (Public Authentication Code) Request Via SMS"
  • Click "Bills Registration and Maintenance" again
  • Key in the PAC number
  • Select "Prudential Assurance" under corporation code
  • Type in policy number under Bill Account Reference
  • Type in Telephone Number
  • Type in payment Account Alias  e.g. My PAMB
  • Click "Next" and it will go to Confirmation Bill Maintenance Screen
  • Click "Confirm"


5.

Go to Main Menu and Select "To Open Bills"

6.

Select "Prudential Assurance" under Corporation Code

7.

Click "Request PAC (Public Authentication Code) via SMS"

8.

Click "Back to Home"

9.

Go to Main Menu and  select "To Open Bills" again

10.

Key in PAC number which you can get from your SMS

11.

Select "Prudential Assurance"

12.

Key in Amount

13.

Key in policy number under Bill Account Reference

14.

Key in Telephone Number

15.

Click "Confirm"

16.

The Confirmation of the Bill Payment will be shown and you may print out the confirmation slip for your filing purpose

You may pay your premium by cheque and cash at any of our branches

B-2 CHEQUE DEPOSIT MACHINE (24HOURS)

 

 

 

Our branches below are equipped with cheque deposit machines for 24 hours easy deposit of cheque payment:



 

1.     Damansara Intan Branch in Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan

2.     City Plaza in Johor Bahru, Johor Darul Takzim

3.     Seberang Jaya in Perai, Penang

 

 

 

Please write the policyholder's name, policy number and contact number at the back of the cheque before depositing to the cheque deposit machine.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

PART C: AUTOMATED SERVICES

 

 

 

 

 

C-1 CREDIT CARD SERVICES (RECURRING)

 

 

 

Credit Card Enrolment Form is available at all our branches for recurring premium payment for In-force policies. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and JCB Credit Cards which are issued in Malaysia only.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

C-2 AUTODEBIT SERVICE

 

 

 

Application for Autodebit Service is available at all our branches.  You just need to complete the Direct Debit Authorisation (DDA) forms of the following banks:

4.     Bank Simpanan Nasional

5.     CIMB Bank

6.     RHB Bank

7.     Alliance Bank Bhd

Auto Cheque Machine



 

OCBC at Ampang Branch in Kuala Lumpur and Damansara Utama Branch in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, are equipped with auto cheque machines where you can deposit cheques through touch-on screen.  Each transaction through auto cheque machine allows only a maximum of 30 cheques and no Deposit Slip is required.

 

 

 

Please write the policyholder's name, policy number(s) and contact numbers at the back of your cheque before depositing your cheque at the auto cheque machine.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

D-3 BANK SIMPANAN NASIONAL (BSN) OVER THE COUNTER

 

 

 

You can remit your premium payment to Prudential Assurance Malaysia Bhd at any Bank Simpanan Nasional branches.

 

 

 

 


 

 

 

 

 

D-4 BY MAIL

 

 

 

You may send your insurance premium to us by mail.

 

 

 

Step 1 -
